Jorge N. Berman has a degree in Electronics Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (Buenos Aires), with a Specialization in Analog and Digital Computing.

Mr. Berman has served in the highest executive levels at multinational corporations such as Computer 2000 AG (Germany) and NEC Argentina and local companies such as Coasin S.A. and Radio Llamada S.A.

From 1977 to 1980 Mr. Berman was responsible for the start-up of Coasin de Colombia. During the early 90's Mr. Berman introduced to Argentina the networking technology of companies like 3Com, Novell and SynOptics, being in this way a pioneer of those technologies and becoming a source and coach of new executives presently holding high positions in the industry.

Between 1996 and 1998 Mr. Berman managed the start-up of Directel in Argentina and Brasil as result of an international investment for a new business concept in telecommunications and related services.
